A limited number of upper-level spaces are currently available in Cards Nest in various buildings on campus at the time of this post.

Availability changes frequently as students select rooms, make changes, and cancel contracts, so what you see today may look different tomorrow.

If you're interested in living on campus, now is a great time to log in to Cards Nest and explore your options.

Room Selection remains open through June 26.

Hey Cards! If you're a first-year student who canceled your LLC or TC placement after being assigned, you can now log into Cards Nest to select a new room from available options. You’ll be choosing from general housing spaces and must have already received confirmation of your removal from the LLC/TC.

Day 2 of General Room Selection is here!

Today's graphics provide a snapshot of current availability across our first-year communities. Remember: the more grey shown on a bar, the more spaces are currently available in that community. Availability changes throughout the day as students select rooms, so these graphics should be used as a general guide rather than a live count.

While suite-style options are becoming more limited, apartment-style communities still have availability, and Belknap Village North and Belknap Village South continue to offer a significant number of open spaces.

Most importantly, all incoming first-year students are guaranteed a space on campus.

Keep in mind that these graphics reflect total availability. Some spaces may not appear as options for every student due to gender designations, Living-Learning Communities, ADA allocations, or other housing qualifications.

If your preferred option isn't available today, don't panic! Room Changes open June 1, and availability will continue to shift through June 26 as students make adjustments to their housing assignments.

General Room Selection opens this afternoon!

This graphic shows a snapshot of current overall availability before selection begins. Please remember that availability changes constantly throughout the process and this graphic will not update in real time.

Additional apartment-style availability has opened up for General Room Selection, though suite-style spaces remain limited. Belknap Village North and Belknap Village South still have strong availability for students looking for housing options. All incoming first-year students are guaranteed a space on campus.

Please note that some spaces shown as available may not appear for every student due to gender designations, LLC/TC placements, ADA allocations, or other room qualifications.

Room Changes open June 1, and availability will continue to shift through the close of room selection on June 26. We encourage students to keep checking the portal and have backup options ready!

If you're an incoming freshman who applied after the priority deadline, you can now log into Cards Nest at your assigned time to choose your room.

Your selection time was sent to your UofL email on May 26. Make sure to log in during your assigned time for the best choice of spaces.
