I’m heading back to NY Fashion Week this September and will be modeling in multiple shows!!

Like… WHAT?!?!

I’m just so incredibly excited and grateful. This season of my life continues to surprise me in the most beautiful ways, and I’m trying really hard to soak it ALL in.

So here’s to saying yes to the unexpected opportunities, dreaming big, and walking into every room (and apparently down some runways) with a whole lot of gratitude.

There's something special about packing for a trip that fills both your mind and your heart.

Tomorrow I'm headed to Washington, D.C. for the inaugural Because Smart is Beautiful Conference and I couldn't be more excited.

I'll have the privilege of speaking on something that has shaped so much of my life's work-the science of connection. Over the past three decades, my research, teaching, mentoring, and community work have all pointed to the same truth-that meaningful connection changes lives. It helps us heal, learn, grow, and flourish.

But beyond the opportunity to speak, I'm equally looking forward to reconnecting with my Dr. World family. Some friendships are formed in extraordinary moments and continue to remind you that you're never walking your journey alone.

Grateful for every opportunity to learn, to share, and to champion others.

Shout out to MY GIRL Dr. World 2026 for putting this all together!

Three weeks from now, Dr. Keller and I will be boarding a plane for what I already know will be one of the most meaningful journeys of our lives—China

From walking the streets of Beijing and Shanghai to standing on the historic stones of the Great Wall of China, this trip is more than travel… it’s a living reflection of everything Dr. World Productions stands for.

💗Education — because learning doesn’t stop at the classroom door. It lives in culture, history, language, and global perspective.
💗Mentoring — because some of the most powerful moments happen side by side, sharing experiences that shape identity, purpose, and possibility.

About showing other women who are seeking to find their sparkle again that the world is both their classroom and their calling.
