The museum called the costume shop and asked if they could keep our hats for a while longer, so they will have them on display for 3 more months if you didn't get out to go see them this summer!

Every year the University of Louisville Theatre Arts Department fully produces five or six shows.
In the costume shop we have a resident costume designer that is responsible for creating all of the designs for the shows. The costume shop then is responsible for pulling from our stock, altering and creating all of the looks for each show. In addition to all of the main stage shows, we also participate in a project we call Project Runway which is closely modeled to the show with limitations that vary from year to year.
