NCI Cancer Education Program Class of 2015 — 07/24/2015

The NCI Cancer Education Program 2015 class includes 38 participants from numerous colleges and schools of the University of Louisville, as well as Auburn University, Clemson University, Cornell University, University of Cincinnati, Washington University, Western Kentucky University, and Yale University.

Today the R25 Cancer Education Trainees have successfully completed their summer internship within various research labs at the University of Louisville.

What is the R25 Program?

It's a Ten week cancer education summer program. Mentored research experience with Cancer Researchers at the University of Louisville.
Student stipend: $4000-$4300.

Prior research experience helpful but not required.

Eligible: College, medical, dental, nursing, public health students as well as pre-matriculating graduate students. Minorities are encouraged to apply.

Application Due March 1st 2014

Students already enrolled in graduate school are not eligible

Program dates: 1st Tuesday after memorial day-August 3rd
