Over the last six weeks, our GymSchoolers have been learning about Anatomy and the importance of good nutrition. Today, we ended the session with a fantastic field trip to Ashbourne Farm!

The kids had a blast meeting chickens and cows, learning about how the farm grows mushrooms and other favorite vegetables, and even picking their own carrots! Thanks, Billy and Ashbourne, for such a wonderful experience for our GymSchoolers and their families. 🥕🐮🍄‍🟫

"Christmas Around the World" is off to a festive start!

Our Wednesday GymSchoolers learned all about how Christmas is celebrated in Italy and Denmark. They read Tomie DePaola's classic picture book "The Legend of Old Befana" to learn about Italy's traditional gift giver, and made red-and-white plaited hearts just like children in Denmark do!

As part of our U.S. Landmarks session, our Wednesday GymSchoolers recently visited The Conrad-Caldwell House Museum to learn about the way families lived in Louisville during the Gilded Age. They had a great time!

Our GymSchool students learned all about our country’s oldest sites today for Week #2 of our session on U.S. Landmarks. They even made their own petroglyphs!

It was a great first week of GymSchool Express Homeschool Enrichment at KGA for our Wednesday students! Our K-5th graders enjoyed gymnastics class with Coach Niki, dived right into learning about U.S. Landmarks, and played during an Open Gym. They even completed some homework from home!
