🚨❤️🖤 WILT WALK A THON: FINAL DAYS! 🖤❤️🚨

We’re down to the LAST FEW DAYS to collect donations for the Wilt Walk A Thon! 👟💰 Last year, our Wilt Family raised an AMAZING $20,000 for our school. Can we do it again?! 🤩🙌

📅 KEEP FILLING THOSE CALENDARS!

Students who complete their *entire* calendar will earn all the regular fundraising prizes PLUS a Wilt Activity Coupon Book 🎟️ with coupons for things like free dress down days, extra recess, PJ Day, and more!

🎉 Even better, every student who turns in a completed calendar will be entered for a chance to win ONE OF FOUR GRAND PRIZES:

🎟️ Family passes to the Louisville Zoo & Kentucky Science Center
🎮 Nintendo Switch 2
🎮 PlayStation 5
OR
🎢 4 Season Passes to Kentucky Kingdom

💵 All donations are due Wednesday, September 23! Since it’s Family/Teacher Conference Day, it’s the perfect time to bring your Walk-a-Thon money with you and turn it in at school!

Every calendar square and every donation adds up! ❤️🖤 Let’s see how close we can get to, or even BEAT, last year’s $20,000! 👟🔥💰

🐝 WILT PTA NEEDS OUR WORKER BEES! 🐝

Have a little flexibility in your day? 🐝 Whether you’re able to step away from work, use some time off, or simply have a few hours to spare, we’d love for you to spend them with us at Wilt! ❤️🖤 🐝

We can’t think of a sweeter way to use a few hours than helping make a special day for our students. We are looking for volunteers to help with several upcoming Wilt events! ❤️🖤

First, a quick correction! If you picked up a Worker Bee flyer at Open House last night, some of the dates listed were incorrect. We apologize for the mix up! Please see the updated flyer below for the correct dates. 🐝💛

We would LOVE your help with:

👟 Wilt Walk a Thon | Friday, September 25
Volunteers are needed to help with set up, running the course, and clean up/breakdown after the event. Help needed anytime between 7:30 and 11:00 a.m.

🐴 Farmer Steve | Friday, October 30 during the school day
We need volunteers to provide an extra adult presence and help things run smoothly while our students enjoy Farmer Steve!

🎃 Fall Festival | Friday, October 30 in the evening
There will be volunteer shifts available during our Fall Festival! Help us sell tickets 🎟️, sell food 🍕, assist with booths 🎪, and more!

Whether you can give us an hour or several, we appreciate every Worker Bee who helps make these events possible for our Wilt students and families! 🐝❤️🖤
