Cultivating The Youth Experience, Inc. We realize that for various reasons parents are unable to go into thier student's
school when needed. That is where CTYE steps in.

CTYE believes that students need representation in the school system at all times
therefore our number one goal is to bridge the gap between parents and teachers. We provide a liasion to act
on the parent's behalf by being present in the school system when the
parent or guardian is unavilable. Our liasions will go to parent teacher
conferences, mediation, school board suspenion hearings, etc. By
providing this service teacher will have an opportunity for thier concerns
and praises to be heard.

A message from our summer camp instructor, Ms. Jahlia McNealy:

“My experience with Cultivating the Youth Experience (CTYE) was great! I loved being able to teach students different skills each week that they can take back and use in school and in their everyday lives.

One thing that really stuck with me is how CTYE strives to cater to each student’s individual needs. As a teacher, I appreciated that CTYE offered skill-based camps that students will remember for years to come.
