But that’s exactly what we did with a 10,000 sq ft daycare building in Louisville, Kentucky. By the end, the seller made a profit, a new daycare franchise found its next location, and we walked away with an even better understanding of what it takes to successfully market and sell a million-dollar commercial property at auction.

The backstory here is that Rick Wardlow, our founding father (literally, since Caitlin is his daughter and Stacie inserted herself in with the Wardlows,) started this company in 1998. We’ve gone through big changes over the last few years after he passed the baton to Caitlin and Stacie in 2022. One of the last things we decided to do was update the brand imagery, because we wanted to honor this legacy and reputation while bringing in our own touches.
