Our Puppet Craft campers are having a blast this week! From creating paper bag puppets to bringing shadow puppets to life, these young artists are discovering how imagination, storytelling, and performance all work together.

We have an exciting change to our summer lineup! Our June 22–July 10 Performance Camp (ages 8–13) will now be How to Train Your Dragon Jr.

Join Hiccup, Toothless, and an unforgettable cast of characters in this epic adventure about friendship, courage, and finding your place in the world. Campers will spend three weeks rehearsing before bringing this beloved story to life on stage on July 10 & 11.

ICYMI - Our summer performance camps were featured on WLKY last week -- talking about the Cultural Pass. Our first Cultural Pass performance is this Friday at 1 p.m. Come see 101 Dalmatians! Louisville launches Summer Cultural and Reading Pass to help kids beat 'brain drain' The Cultural Pass is an app that offers free access to more than 150 events put on by 50 cultural organizations across Kentucky and Indiana to anyone under 21 and their family.

Ever wonder what it takes to bring a puppet to life? In our Puppet Making Summer Camp June 22-26, students will design and create their own puppets while exploring different styles of puppet performance. Along the way, they'll discover how construction, movement, voice, and imagination all work together to create unforgettable characters.

The puppet pictured here appeared in our production of Bunnicula—and this summer, your child can learn about the same techniques used to bring characters like this to the stage!
