A few kindergarten moments from this past spring that were too good not to share. 💚🤍
One of my favorite things about walking through our classrooms is seeing learning come to life. On this day, our kindergarteners were busy rotating through centers, practicing math facts, working on writing skills, solving problems, and learning through play.
It’s hard to believe these students will be 1st graders in just a couple of months!
Parents, what was the biggest thing your child learned in Kindergarten this year?
We’re still enrolling for Kindergarten and 1st Grade for the 2026-27 school year. If you’d like to learn more about St. Raphael, email [email protected] to schedule a tour.

Happy Birthday to Mr. Jason Bentley! 💚🤍
As part of our maintenance team, Mr. Jason is someone we all count on every single day. He’s incredibly hard-working, dependable, and reliable, always stepping in without hesitation whenever something needs attention.
Mr. Jason is the first to jump in and help, whether it’s supporting our staff, troubleshooting an issue, or even helping a student with a science project. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his willingness to lend a hand makes a difference in ways both big and small.
No matter the day, Mr. Jason always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude that makes our school a better place. If you ask him how he’s doing, chances are you’ll hear his signature answer: “Wonderful!”
This year, Mr. Jason was also recognized with the Trimester 3 Staff Spirit of St. Raphael Award, a reflection of the kindness, dedication, and servant heart he brings to our school community each day.
We are so grateful for all that he does for our school. Join us in wishing Mr. Jason the happiest birthday! 🎉💚🤍

Field Day looked a little different this year… but honestly, it still felt pretty perfect. 💚🤍
Rain may have moved all the fun indoors, but it definitely didn’t stop the laughter, energy, inflatable costumes, or memories being made today. Between relay races, yard games, face paint, bounce houses, and cafeteria chaos, our Giants made the very last day of school one to remember.
And just like that, another school year at St. Raphael has come to an end. 🥺
Thank you to our teachers, staff, volunteers, and families for helping make this year so special. Most of all, thank you to our students for filling these hallways with joy every single day. It’s awfully quiet already.
Have the BEST summer, Giants! ☀️ We already can’t wait to welcome you back home next year.

Happy Birthday to Father Tony Cecil! 💚🤍
Father Tony is a caring and deeply faithful leader who brings a pastoral heart to every encounter. He is quietly reflective, thoughtful, and attentive to the needs of others, always leading with genuine kindness and empathy.
He has a true gift for connecting with people through both words and prayer, and his passion for leading others to Christ is felt in everything he does. As a homilist and teacher of faith, he helps make faith feel meaningful, personal, and alive throughout our school community.
Father Tony especially loves walking alongside our young people as they grow in their faith, and they look up to him as someone who encourages them to follow Christ with confidence and joy. He loves to laugh, build genuine relationships, and soak up life with the people around him. And if you know Father Tony, you also know how deeply he loves his family, especially his mom, who he speaks about with so much love and admiration.
He is deeply dedicated to his parish, school community, staff, and parishioners, and we are so grateful for the faithful leadership and steady presence he brings each day.
We’re also excited to celebrate his ordination anniversary on Monday as he marks another year of faithfully serving the Church since 2019.
Join us in wishing Father Tony the happiest birthday and a wonderful ordination anniversary! 🎉

1st grade put their engineering skills to the test today with a hands on STEM challenge! 🚤💚🤍
Students in Ms. Simmon and Ms. Renfro’s classes designed and built foil boats, then tested how many gram cubes their boats could hold before sinking. From predictions and redesigns to lots of cheering and problem solving, these young scientists were fully engaged the entire time!
One boat even held more than 400 gram cubes before sinking… officially a St. Raphael record! 🤯👏
Parents of 1st graders… did your child come home talking about the boat challenge tonight?

Preschool 3 and 4 spent last week learning how to play the xylophones during music class with Ms. Suzie! 🎶💚🤍
From practicing rhythms to exploring different sounds and instruments, these little musicians were completely locked in. Their excitement, focus, and sweet reactions made music class so much fun to watch. 🎵
We still have openings in our Preschool 3 program for the 26-27 school year! If you’re looking for a joyful, nurturing start for your little one, we’d love to show you around St. Raphael. 😊
