It was so good having our students back in the building today. Here’s to a gReat 2026–27 school year! 💚

Our kindergarten stuffies had the run of the school tonight, and they wasted no time making themselves at home! They read stories, raced through the hallways, played volleyball in the gym, stopped by the school office, checked out the cafeteria and, naturally, the sharks found their way into the water fountain. 🦈

After a very busy night of exploring, they can officially report that St. Raphael is ready to welcome our newest Giants tomorrow! 💚

For 16 years, Ms. Heilmann has been an important part of the St. Raphael community, bringing thoughtfulness, creativity, and consistency to her classroom and our school.

As part of our 2nd grade team, she is known for being friendly, honest, organized, and dependable. She is someone both students and staff can count on, and her steady presence makes a lasting impact on those around her.

Ms. Heilmann has a true gift for making learning come alive. Through hands-on activities, movement, and engaging lessons, she creates a classroom where students are active participants and excited to learn.

She is always finding new and meaningful ways to reach her students, helping them grow in confidence while building a strong foundation for future learning.

We are so grateful for the positivity, creativity, and care Ms. Heilmann brings to St. Raphael. Join us in wishing her the happiest birthday! 🎉

Happy Birthday to Ms Katie Chaplin 💚🤍

As part of our Pre-3 team, Ms. Katie brings an incredible amount of energy, enthusiasm, and joy to everything she does. She is creative, charismatic, and completely unafraid to be goofy, which makes her such a perfect fit for preschool!

Ms. Katie doesn’t just watch the fun from the sidelines. She is right in the middle of it, getting down on the floor, joining in the mess, and fully embracing all of the silly, creative, and wonderfully chaotic things preschoolers love to do. Her students absolutely adore her because she makes every day feel exciting, meaningful, and fun.

She is also a strong and confident presence in the classroom. Ms. Katie knows how to meet each child where they are while making sure they feel seen, supported, and cared for. She brings so much personality and heart to her work, and she is truly wonderful at what she does.

Ms. Katie is a joy to be around, and we are so grateful for the laughter, love, and larger-than-life energy she brings to our school family. Please join us in wishing her the happiest birthday! 🎉
