It’s Great Commission Week, and we’re continuing the conversation by asking another essential question: Where do missionaries serve?

In Where Do Missionaries Serve?, Dr. J. Keith McKinley shows from Romans that missionaries are sent where the church is not and where the church is weak, for the sake of Christ’s name among the nations.

As students engage events and conversations throughout the week, this article helps frame how the church thinks about sending, strengthening, and sustaining gospel work around the world.

Check our stories for today’s Great Commission Week schedule.
