DROP-IN WEEKLY PRACTICE & SOCIAL
Join us for this donation-based weekly event, where we’ll spend 30 minutes revisiting and refining Urban Kiz basics, technique, and connection. Through drills and exercises, we’ll focus on developing body awareness and partner connection. Some weeks, we’ll also learn a fun move or pattern you can use on the social dance floor!

Afterward, the floor is yours for open practice—because we all know that practice is the key to improvement!

No partner is necessary, and all levels, body types, and genders are welcome. Come dance, connect, and grow with us!

Yesterday as we were waiting to perform I had a moment of reflection as I noticed our LOUKIZ LADIES were laughing & encouraging not only one another, but other performers too. It makes me so happy to be part of such a wonderful group!! I can’t wait to keep creating more!💕
