Wear your letters, colors, and let’s show out for our sisterhood and the entire National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)! Whether you’re an undergrad or an alum, all D-9 members are welcome to join in on this iconic celebration! 🙌🏾

This amazing event is a collaboration with the African American Theater Program (AATP) at the University of Louisville and the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW). Come hungry because we’ll have delicious food provided by Blak Koffee to delight your taste buds!

Today, we celebrate the legacy of Black women who have paved the way in civil rights, politics, education, the arts, and beyond. From Barbara Jordan’s powerful voice in Congress to Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s historic seat on the Supreme Court, Black women have shaped the world with their resilience and brilliance.

We also uplift the legacy of the dynamic women of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., who have been at the forefront of social change. Icons like Dorothy Height, Shirley Chisholm, Mary McLeod Bethune, and Patricia Roberts Harris dedicated their lives to justice, education, and public service. Their commitment to uplifting communities and advocating for equity continues to inspire generations.
