We had our first Morning Meeting with 3rd-5th grade this morning! We discussed creating a school environment where everyone feels included, celebrated our Summer Beanstack Challenge winners, and more! This year our 5th-8th grade students were given the opportunity to lead in different ways at our Morning Meetings. Special shout out to Caroline G for the beautiful prayer that she wrote and shared as our Prayer Leader, to Aiden B and Lea M for taking on the role of Saint, and to Myles S for being our Sports Reporter! They can sign up for these roles in their classroom.

Our foundation partner, the Lesley & Rhyan Prather Foundation, is hosting their annual gala on August 29th. Tickets are still available, along with amazing raffle items. These 5th-grade students completed the summer reading challenge in Beanstack and missed the earlier visit to the Book Vending Machine this morning. They were able to pick a book this afternoon! We are so proud of them!

We had the best first Morning Meeting with K-2nd Grade! We danced with Saint, talked about ways that we can make sure that all of our students feel included each day, and celebrated our Summer Beanstack Challenge Winners!

Luna traded her usual nap schedule for a very important mission today: visiting the primary students! Safe to say, she took her job as Chief Snuggle Officer very seriously.

There were enough sweet pets to keep her happy for a month. Pretty sure the kids loved it, but Luna is currently passed out and dreaming of her new fan club! 🐶❤️✨
