TOMORROW NIGHT‼️
In collaboration with , we invite all to join us tomorrow night at 5 & 7:30 PM as we wrap up our Black Film Festival, honoring Black History Month. We will be showing Till, a film depicting a mother’s struggle for justice after the wrongful death of her son, Emmett. Although distressing, this film depicts the uncensored truth about the roots of racism, and the continuous fight against it. We invite everyone to join us tomorrow night.

Due to growing concerns surrounding COVID-19 and the announcment regarding our university's plan to avoid any non-essential presence on campus, the Floyd Theater will not have screenings for the rest of the month of March. Our April schedule is likely to be impacted as well. We will provide updates about the schedule on social media as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

THIS WEEK AT THE FLOYD: We've got three films over four days! On Wednesday, we have SELMA! Part of our collaboration with the Black Student Union, Selma follows Martin Luther King Jr. and the protest marches from Selma to Montgomery. See it this Wednesday at 5 & 7:30!
On Thursday, our French Film Festival continues! This week we have COLD WATER, from filmmaker Olivier Assayas (PERSONAL SHOPPER). The film follows the journey of two troubled teenagers in the 1970s. See it this Thursday at 5 & 7:30, or this Saturday at 2:00!
On Friday, the BSU presents CINERELLA (1997)! Featuring stars Brandy, Whoopi Goldberg and Whitney Houston, this film is a different take on the classic fairy tale. See it this Friday at 5 & 7:30!
