At the annual meeting of the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA) in Boston recently, our program app, the NITA Hub, received the 2026 Award of Outstanding Achievement in Technology.

The Hub app provides a centralized location where participants and faculty get all the program information they need, right in the palm of their hands.

After more than 18 months of development, we introduced the NITA Hub app in late 2025, and it quickly became an indispensable, “how did we ever get by without it?” tool.

We are grateful to the ACLEA community for the honor of this award.

NITA has always known that Michelle Méndez is a passionate, driven advocate, so it’s always gratifying to see her talent being recognized by others. The alumni magazine at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law has profiled Michelle in its current issue.

Michelle is on the forefront of immigration defense, and NITA is fortunate to have her as the Program Director of NITA’s Advocacy in Immigration Matters, September 21-23 at the State Bar of Georgia in Atlanta. Brava, Michelle!
