Our Kidz Korner-Fern Creek kiddos were busy last week learning all about Community Helpers and the important jobs they do to help keep our community safe, healthy, happy, and running smoothly!

Throughout the week, the children had so much fun learning about different careers, including Police Officers, Doctors & Nurses, Chefs, Post Office Workers, and more! They were able to learn through hands-on activities, dramatic play, crafts, conversations, and lots of imagination.

🚔💙 Day two of our community helpers week 💙🚔

Our kiddos at Kidz Korner learning academy-Hillview had the BEST time today learning about police officers during our Community Workers lesson!

A HUGE thank you to Officer Lawrence Smith from the Hillview police dept. for stopping by and making our day extra special. He let every child sit in his cruiser, turn on the lights, and even honk the horn! The giggles were nonstop. I think we may have a whole crew of police officers now!
Officer Smith, thank you for your patience, kindness, and for showing our kids that police officers are community helpers who keep us safe. You made a big impression on some little hearts today.

We love our community helpers! 💛

Kindergarten, get ready… the coolest kids in town are on their way!

Thank you to our grad families for letting us be part of your village. We’ll miss those morning hugs, but we can’t wait to hear about all your big-kid adventures.

🌟 Please Join Us in Celebrating Our New Director!🌟

We are beyond excited to officially introduce our new Director at Kidz Korner Learning Academy Hillview!

Having been part of our center since the very first day we opened our doors, Jenna Wilson knows our mission, our families, and our children like no one else. Her dedication, leadership, and genuine love for early childhood education have helped shape Kidz Korner Hillview into the place it is today.

With years of hands-on childcare experience and the invaluable perspective of raising five amazing children of her own, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and understanding to this role. She believes every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

We are incredibly grateful to have someone with her experience, heart, and commitment leading our team. We know she will continue to make a lasting impact on the children, families, and staff who make Kidz Korner Hillview so special.

We are also happy to share that Mrs. Tara England remains on staff as the owner of Kidz Korner Learning Academy and is always available if needed, continuing to support our center, staff, and families.

Please join us in congratulating our new Director on this well-deserved role! We can’t wait for you to see all the wonderful things ahead for our Kidz Korner Hillview family.
