We are happy to spotlight our reading interventionist, Mrs. Cheri Bunch! Through small group instruction, she works closely with students to help strengthen their reading skills while also building their confidence. Yesterday, we gathered together for our final All School Mass of the year as we celebrated the close of another wonderful school year and honored our beloved retirees and several staff members for their years of dedication to our St. Gabriel family.
Following Mass, we held our annual K-7 Awards Ceremony where we recognized the many accomplishments of our students throughout the year — from clubs, honor roll, Principal’s List, Student Council, leadership opportunities, and so much more. We are incredibly proud of all that our students have achieved this year!
We are happy to announce that Anthony T. and Ellorie S. were awarded the PTSO Tuition Scholarship for rising 8th graders. Each student received $1,000 toward tuition for their 8th grade year. Congratulations on this wonderful achievement!
We also celebrated one of our most anticipated and cherished traditions — the Spirit of St. Gabriel Award. One girl and one boy from each homeroom were selected by their peers for exemplifying self-control, personal responsibility, integrity, respect, inclusion, and kindness toward others. Congratulations to all of this year’s recipients!
In addition, one staff member is chosen each year for this special honor, and we are excited to congratulate this year’s recipient, Mrs. Kelsey Rhea!
Thank you to our students, staff, and families for an amazing school year filled with faith, growth, and community. We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and wonderful summer break.
School is officially out! ☀️💙💛🐆

Ms. Star Adam’s class enjoyed a Bop and Pop (sicle) party yesterday. The class sold the most cash raffle tickets to win the party.
There was laughter, obstacle course racing, a little sugar and a lot of tag. The adults are still recovering from Tag.
Thank you for selling over 1700 cash raffle tickets so far. It’s our largest fundraiser of the year. And 100% of the proceeds will be used for our new roof and HVAC system in the gym.
