St. Michael Catholic Parish is seeking a passionate and dedicated Director of Religious Education – Full-Time to help shape the faith of our children and youth and inspire them to become active members of our parish community! ❤️

Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing First Reconciliation & First Eucharist preparation
• Coordinating Confirmation preparation
• Working with parish catechists and school teachers
• Coordinating Baptism preparation and ministry
• Planning and directing Vacation Bible School
• Leading Youth Ministry through faith formation, retreats, service opportunities, and parish activities

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with a bachelor’s degree in Theology, Religious Education, Pastoral Ministry, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience.

✨ We’re Hiring! | Business Manager – Full-Time ✨
St. Michael Catholic Church is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our parish and school.
Please share this opportunity with someone who may be a great fit for our St. Michael community!

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting and financial operations in accordance with Archdiocese of Louisville policies
• Manage month-end closing, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and annual budgeting
• Oversee parish and school finances, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, purchasing, banking, and financial controls
• Collaborate with business office staff to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee fundraising financial activities and reporting
• Assist with human resources and supervise designated business office personnel
• Provide financial information and support to the Pastor, Pastoral Associate, and Finance Council

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, accounting, financial management, or business operations
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ParishSOFT, FACTS Tuition Management, WeShare, payroll systems, or comparable software preferred
