In honor of Women’s History Month, we are having a Menstrual Product Drive!!! Please consider making a donation to help menstruators across Louisville get access to the hygiene products they need. We’re looking for pads, tampons, soap, shampoo, and deodorants to bring to multiple women’s centers across Louisville. Donations can be brought to the box located in the School of Music Library NOW through April 4th!!

Join us this Women’s History Month in honoring the trailblazers who have shaped history and who continue to inspire us every day!! As a coed fraternity founded by women, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women, past, present, and future. Here’s to breaking barriers and uplifting each other!! 🩷🩶

You are cordially invited to join us on a trip through time for our SPRING MUSICALE!! The program will span across many years of music history starting from early music and ending all the way in the 21st century. The performance will be on Sunday, March 23rd at 7 PM in Bird Hall. See you there!!

The Zeta chapter of Delta Omicron wants to invite all former and current members to an afternoon of dinner, community, and traditions. March 29th, from 5pm to 8pm in room 267 at the UOFL school of music! ANYONE involved in Delta Omicron at any point is welcome. Please bring a meal or dessert if you feel so inclined, as the chapter is making a potluck! We would love some help with food and beverage options!

Come celebrate Valentine’s Day with Delta Omicron at our Carnation Sale!! We will be selling carnations Wednesday through Friday from 10am to 5pm!! Wednesday we’ll be stationed near the South Wing Lounge but you can find us in the cage for the rest of the week. See you there!! ❤️💐

Saturday, February 1st @ 6 PM - Share some music with us! Get to know the chapter and practice some skills. You can share a composition, intervention, or teach your instrument or a song to us! We’ll have some to share too 😊

Tuesday, February 4th @ 7 PM - Join us for a fun night to chill out and get creative! Chat with the chapter, take some time to just have fun!

We are so excited to announce Kat Hoeffecker as our new chapter Belle!! Read more about her below:

Kat is originally from Chattanooga, TN but moved to Louisville in the Fall of 2019. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Music Education from Tennessee Tech and working on a degree in Music Therapy. She plays violin, guitar and piano. She likes llamas and hiking. We are so glad she has joined us as our Belle.

Mark your calendars!! Our Fall Musicale will be on Sunday, October 27th at 7 pm in Bird Hall!! Come in your best Halloween costume and be ready for some SCARY good performances by members of the Zeta Chapter of Delta Omicron, its alumni, and its supporters!! 🎃👻

To celebrate spooky season, we are doing a Halloween raffle fundraiser! One lucky winner will recieve a spooky basket with $100 value! The basket includes novelty items, candy, and 3 general admission tickets to ! Venmo our chapter $5 to enter, $5 = 1 entry! A winner will be picked on October 10th at midnight.

All proceeds earned will go towards the Zeta Chapter of Delta Omicron and our community activities, community service, and to further our mission of supporting musicians!

Today the Zeta Chapter was given the honor of receiving the Collegiate Award of Excellence for the 2023-24 school year!! According to Delta Omicron International: “The Award of Excellence is awarded to the chapter(s) who would clearly be candidates for the music, music service, scholarship, campus service, and publicity awards as well as would qualify for the efficiency award which is given to chapters who complete all required forms.”

We are so proud to accept this honor!! 🩷🩶
