Let's remember the new bus passing law as we start our first full week of school. Share to spread the word and keep our Tully Tigers safe! 💙

🛑 ATTENTION KENTUCKY DRIVERS: 🛑Starting this week,

Kentucky’s new school bus safety law (House Bill 7) is officially in effect! 🚌✨School districts across the state can now equip buses with exterior cameras to catch drivers who illegally pass them.

If you run a bus stop arm, you will be caught on camera, and the fines are steep:💰 $300 for a first offense💰 $500 for a second offense

Do you know when you legally HAVE to stop?
🔹 2-Lane & 3-Lane Roads: ALL traffic in both directions must stop.
🔹 Multi-lane Roads WITH a Center Turn Lane: ALL traffic in both directions must stop. A paved center turn lane does NOT count as a barrier.
🔹 Divided Highways (4+ lanes): Only traffic following the bus must stop. Opposite traffic can proceed ONLY if there is an unpaved median or a raised physical barrier.
🔹 Church Buses: Yes, you must stop for these too when their red lights are flashing!

Bottom line: If the red lights are flashing and the stop arm is out, “STOP”

First two days are IN THE BOOKS! 🏅

The starting whistle has blown, and the Tully Tigers have officially kicked off the 2026-2027 season!

Our MVP students and All-Star staff brought championship energy to the hallways. From the opening huddles in the morning to the final buzzer at dismissal, it was a spectacular first two days of school. 🐯

We saw incredible teamwork, plenty of high-fives, and everyone executing the game plan perfectly. If this week was any indication of what's to come, this is going to be a winning year for academics, arts, and athletics alike! 🏆

Thank you to all the fans in the stands—our amazing parents and community—for helping us launch this season with such incredible support. Rest up this weekend, team. We hit the ground running for our first full week next week.
