Chase Lynn was a Ken doll that went rogue after being struck by lightening. Struggling to find his way he wandered into Fight Factory where we trained him to fight.

Big shout out to my amazing students, you make me proud to be your coach.
Today after no gi class a new guy signed up, he had trained out of town and moved here for school.
After rounds he said do you have any white belts that train here. I said yeah why do you ask? He said well I kept rolling with upper belts and couldnt do anything. It was no gi so he didn't know anyone's rank.
I had watched him roll and saw the guys he had rolled with. I explained to him that those guys were white belts.
Boom signed up haha.
Today we went over half guard submissions. Triangle, shotgun armbar, kimura and cross collar variations.
A little grappling some George Michael jamming on the speakers. I say it was a good night.
