Help if you can!

Manual & YPAS families — we need volunteers for St. James Art Show Parking, our biggest fundraiser!
The Producers, who supports all students who take YPAS classes, needs YOU to help us park cars in four lots on campus.

A tremendous THANK YOU to those already signed up — we can’t do this without YOU!

👉 Sign up for 1–2 volunteer slots:

💡 What you’ll do:
Students: Help direct cars into parking spots (service hours approved!)
Adults: Collect payments — students are NOT allowed to handle money, so adult volunteers are essential.

Why volunteer?
🎓 Fund annual senior scholarships
🎭 Support department budget requests
💡 Help bridge the gap between JCPS funding and the needs of a pre‑professional arts education

✅ Perks:
Free parking for volunteers in the Ray‑Bauer lot (bus lane behind Manual) so you can enjoy St. James before/after your shift!

If you can NOT participate, please share our posts and encourage others to park with us.

THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

The Producers definitely need and deserve all the support!

We need to be transparent: we are critically short of what we needed but we are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated to Give for Good. ❤️

Our goal was $15,000. We raised $5,859.

The Producers supports all nine departments at YPAS, helping provide the resources our students and teachers need to create, perform, design, build, produce and tell important stories.

JCPS provides YPAS with a limited school budget comparable to other high schools. But we all know what happens inside YPAS is anything but ordinary. The level of training, performance and production our students undertake requires resources far beyond what that budget can provide. That gap is where The Producers - and all of you - come in.

Over the past few weeks, we watched thousands of people rally around our students and . Their voices reached across Louisville, across the country and all the way to Broadway. You reminded our students that their art matters. Their voices matter. And the stories they tell matter.

Now we need that support to continue.

Not just for one production. For every department. Every production. Every classroom. Every student...onstage and off.

If you stood with YPAS, please consider standing with us again with a donation of any amount. We simply cannot provide the opportunities these students deserve without community support.

Give for Good donations remain open through today, or - even better - donate directly through The Producers website by clicking “Become a Supporter.”

❤️ Thank you for believing in YPAS and our students. We still need you.
