At Paul Mitchell The School, students learn about different skin types and conditions, product knowledge, professional skincare treatments, proper at-home skincare routines, and how to educate clients on what their skin truly needs. From analyzing the skin to creating customized treatments and recommending the right products, our students are learning how to provide more than just a service—they’re learning how to create a personalized experience for every client. ✨

We believe in meeting students where they are and teaching to different learning styles, strengths, and experiences. Just like every client’s skin is unique, every student learns differently—and our hands-on education is designed to help you grow, build confidence, and develop the skills you need to succeed.
