Hello Wildcat families!

With the start of school coming up, we know there’s been lots of information and dates sent out and it can be hard to decipher which events we need you to attend. We created this quick flyer to help with clarification on what events are targeted for what grade levels.

Our K-Camp days are for incoming Kindergarten students and their parent/guardians ONLY. You only need to attend one day of the camp, not both days. If you only have incoming Kindergarten students and you attend K-Camp, you do not need to also attend the caregiver orientation day on July 29th.

Caregiver orientations on July 29th are intended for our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade level parents/guardians. Make sure to sign up for a time slot if you haven’t yet! You can find the link to sign up a few posts below.

We hope to see everyone on August 5th for our Back-to-School Bash celebration from 1-3pm! More information to follow for that event, but please go ahead and mark your calendars now!

Looking for something fun to do this evening within the community? Check out these two Family Fun Night Events featured on the pictures below! There is a FREE Family Fun Night swim event at the Fairdale Pool from 5-8pm and a FREE Family Fun Night swim and movie event at the Sun Valley Pool and Park Pavilion with swimming from 5-8 and the movie beginning at 8pm.

Summer mobile sites and School sites will serve until July 24th. The 3 bulk meal sites will have the last pick up on July 31st.

Hello! With our Auburndale Caregiver Orientation Day on July 29th only a couple weeks away, we wanted to go ahead and provide the link to sign up for a time. Please click the link below and select which time slot you will be present for on July 29th. We have sessions in both English (with other language supports available) and Spanish, so please select whichever option works best for you!

Please note: if you only have incoming Kindergarten students for the 26-27 school year and you are coming to K-Camp for the parent/guardian meeting, you do NOT need to also attend the caregiver orientation.

Hello Wildcat families! We know how stressful preparing for the upcoming school year can be, so we wanted to share a list of all of the Back to School events around the city happening over the next few weekends. If you are in need of school supplies, backpacks, and other resources please check out some of these events. All events are free and open to the public but students must be present to receive supplies. Addresses and times are listed for each event on the flyers below. Hello Wildcat families! We know summer has just started, but we wanted to post this as a “Save the Date” so you can mark your calendars for July 29th for our Caregiver Orientation Sessions. We created multiple one hour sessions on July 29th to accommodate your schedule, so that you can stop in and get the information you need and fill out all beginning of the year forms. Look for sign ups and more information coming in July! Have a fantastic summer in the meantime! 😊
