Stopher Arts

What a joy it has been to dive into the world of imagination and storytelling with the students at Stopher for the last 17 years. We have shared our stories with more than 100 audiences and loved every minute of it. We've laughed together, cried together, and spent many long hours doing things we never dreamed we could do. Over the years, I've made some incredible friends and adopted many children into my heart.
So how do we end this journey together? A few years ago, Disney released a new version of Beauty and the Beast that included this song:
How does a moment last forever?
How can a story never die?
It is love we must hold onto
Never easy, but we try.
Sometimes our happiness is captured
Somehow, our time and place stand still
Love lives on inside our heart and always will.

Even though our show has closed and our time together is coming to an end, the love we share and the memories we've made will live on in our hearts for always! Thank you for the privilege of leading your children on this journey. I have been overwhelmingly blessed to be part of your stories.

These kids are coming home from the Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta with another trophy—Excellence in Acting! Yay, Stopher Arts’ Aladdin Jr JTF group! Our own Allen Conner aka Aladdin, is bringing home a medal for Outstanding Individual Performance! We are so proud of these students and their hard work!

Such a great day at the UL Men’s Basketball Game! Look who sang the National Anthem for Kid’s Day! What an honor to be asked! Not sure which they liked better: singing on the basketball floor or taking the biggest elevator they’d ever seen down to the tunnel!

Such a great weekend at JTF! Awesome students, supportive parents, wonderful experiences! Thank you Mrs. Thomas and Mrs. Prather for helping us shine! I see stars!
