To***co use is the leading cause of preventable disease and death in the United States according to the CDC. It is particularly challenging to address this health concern in older adults.
On September 23, Dr. Ellen Hahn, president and director of BREATHE and UK-CARE, will present on smoking cessation as well as to***co prevention and treatment for older adults and employees in home community-based services and long-term care facilities for the Project ECHO: Care of Older Adults and KCHC quarterly meeting, which is co-hosted by Bluegrass Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living.
This educational meeting is an excellent opportunity to learn new information and contribute to treatment recommendations. Register here: http://ow.ly/VCrb50KtziH
