life update!

i’ve been on staff at YWAM Louisville for 6 months now and words can’t express the amount of gratitude i have towards the Lord! not only for lovingly guiding me into the call to be a missionary, but also for closing doors that weren’t His in step with what He had for me.

my life is ever shifting. nothing stays the same for too long; job roles on the base change, the ebb and flow of students coming through for a school, and the Lord taking me through different and sometimes challenging seasons of growth. but, the fruit of it all is so sweet in the end!

i can’t wait to continue sharing what the Lord is doing in my life. thank you for coming on the journey with me ❤️

this quarter’s newsletter!!😁

WOW! what a blessing it is to be able to walk along side young people (as a young person) and champion them in the call of the Lord on their lives! this past week was Mission Adventures where youth groups come to our base and learn what its like to live a life of missions. this past week, I got to staff M.A. and we hosted an amazing youth group who were ON FIRE for Jesus!

we got to go around the city of Louisville, serving homeless shelters, mental health non-profits, going to after-school programs, and more; investing in them and helping them in whatever they needed. if you know me, you know that i LOVE middle school and high school age students; they are so fun, passion about Jesus, and have such a tender heart for the Lord. one of my favorite testimonies is that i got invest in a group of amazing girls in my small group. at the beginning of the week i prayed that the students coming to our base would walk away from this week seeing chains broken and restoration in their lives. each of my girls walked away seeing MAJOR breakthrough in their lives and chains broken; receiving the freedom the Lord freely gives through the cross!

THANK YOU JESUS that this is my life; that i get the honor of loving young people, sharing in the experience of having deep relationship with the Lord, and spreading the Gospel to the least of these!

how beautiful it is to say YES to Jesus!

What if our response to this verse was not “Someone else will go…” but instead we said “ I WILL GO.” ?👀🤔

HELLO!!

i have officially been on staff at Ylou for one month and i have been so blessed by the goodness of the Lord in this season! He has brought so much joy, laughter, and fun. whether that’s hanging out with the students at the house, hang outs with my staff friends, or just having one-on-one time with the Lord, there has been so much fruitfulness in His presence. with that, there has also been some hard days too, but my Father has had an abundance of grace for me in the process and is my safe place!

UPDATE!!

It's official! I am on staff at YWAM Louisville! I moved the 31st of December and I am closing out my first week here on staff. My official job this quarter is the kitchen. Myself, along with a few others prep lunches and dinners for the students and other staff on the base. Some of my other jobs include helping lead base wide worship, stocking the girls student house with food and supplies, and being a part of this quarters worship elective (a time set aside for students to learn music theory, the fundamentals of worship leading, and more!)

I am very excited to share the amazing things the Lord is going to do in this season!

‼️UPDATES and PRAISE REPORTS‼️

Hey friends! I am just 13 short days alway from moving to Louisville, KY to be on staff with YWAM. I have been in the process of raising monthly support in order to be on staff, and can I just say the Lord has been SO faithful! Through prayer and the amazing community around me, I have $880 of my $1,000 minimum goal needed! Like seriously my God is SO GOOD! With that being said, I am still in need of $120 in monthly support. It can look like $10 or $20 committed monthly. Just whatever number the Lord puts on your heart. If you feel a stirring in your heart to partner with me to invest in not only the local community of Louisville, but also the may Nations that will hear the Good News of Jesus, I would love to be in contact with you about what it looks like to support monthly!
