Thank you for being great neighbors and helping out in a difficult situation.
Seneca High students, we heard about the parking difficulties at the school. Until you are able to park on campus again, know that you are welcome to park at Buechel Park Baptist Church during the day. This isn't a perfect solution, but we hope it helps a little bit.
Please park in the spaces nearest Hikes Lane. This ensures easier access to the building for our community program participants (including many seniors and persons with mobility issues). Thank you!

A huge thank you to pastor, Corrie Shull, and church family, Burnett Avenue Baptist Church, for blessing our Seneca High School students with a generous donation of personal hygiene products!

An important message from Principal Guy
Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Please use only the designated Seneca drop-off and pick-up areas. Students should not be dropped off or picked up on Goldsmith Lane, in the Goldsmith parking lot, or in the John Paul parking lot. These locations are not approved for Seneca student drop-off or pick-up, creating additional traffic and safety concerns.
Please follow the Seneca traffic plan and the directions of staff members stationed around campus.
Electronic Devices
All personal electronic devices must be completely put away before students enter the building. This includes cell phones, earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices.
If a student is found with an electronic device during the school day, the device will be placed in a magnetic locking phone vault case for the remainder of the day, and the student will be sent directly to ISAP.
Please help us reinforce these expectations at home. Our goal is to keep Seneca safe, reduce distractions, protect instructional time, and make sure students are focused and ready to learn.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership!
Hello Seneca Families,
Thank you for a great first day. As you know, we are going through quite a few changes regarding the new school. We understand that some of our students don't have a ride or a bus. We need parents, family, and students to know that pickup is behind the school. You need to turn down Meadow Lane and then take a left or right on Bon Air, depending on which way you are coming from on Meadow.
You can also take Bon Air straight down to Seneca from the back of Goldsmith Lane (Thorntons, Dairy Queen, and Boys and Girls Haven are located on this road).
Any student taking an Uber or Lyft needs to drop off and pick up in the back as well.
If your student comes after 8:40 am, they are late. Any student who is dropped off after 8:55 needs to come in the front. Goldsmith Elementary parents will begin to line up out back by 9:00 am
We have had a few dangerously close calls. Do not drop your student off anywhere else but the back of Seneca. If you have questions or concerns, please call Seneca at 502-485-8323
Thank you, Seneca Families
