📢 Parent Reminder – School Fees

Parents,

This is a friendly reminder that all school fees should be paid as soon as possible.

If you still have a balance, you may pay over the phone; however, please note that credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, the school office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

You are also welcome to make your payment on Orientation Night, but please be aware that there will likely be a line. If you’d like to avoid the wait, we encourage you to stop by the office and pay before Orientation Night.

A New School Year at Valiant Christian Academy

A new school year is about to begin at Valiant Christian Academy!

For over 20 years, it has been our mission to provide an environment where the presence of the living God is honored and where a high moral standard is upheld in a world that is increasingly turning away from biblical truth. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide an excellent education while instilling the timeless truths and moral principles found in God’s Word.

In a culture where biblical truth is often questioned or redefined, Valiant Christian Academy remains firmly committed to the authority of Scripture. We believe that marriage is God’s design between one man and one woman and that every person is created in the image of God, male and female. We teach holiness, moral purity, and God’s design for sexual purity by encouraging our students to abstain from sexual relationships until marriage.

The Bible is the foundation for everything we teach. We emphasize mercy, forgiveness, grace, and love while also teaching that God’s grace is never a license to live an immoral life. True faith transforms the way we live.

Our desire is to raise up young men and women who are not only academically prepared but who also possess a biblical worldview, strong character, and a genuine love for God.

As we begin this new school year, we ask you to join us in praying for our students, teachers, staff, and families. May God pour out His Spirit upon our school, grant wisdom to our teachers, protect our students, and use this year to draw every child closer to Him.

📚 VCA Parent Reminder 📚

Hello, VCA Parents!

This is a friendly reminder that book fees are now past due. Book fees were due June 1. If you have not yet paid your child’s book fees, please submit them as soon as possible so we can order your child’s books before the school year begins.

Beginning August 1, the following fees are due:

Computer Fee
Activity Fee
Graduation Fee (for students in Kindergarten, 5th Grade, 8th Grade, and 12th Grade)

If you would like any of these fees to be automatically drafted with your tuition payment, please let us know as soon as possible so Mrs. Stacye can get that set up for you.

Dear Valiant Christian Academy Parents,

At Valiant Christian Academy, we are committed to providing a Christ-centered environment where our students are encouraged to grow academically, spiritually, and morally. As part of that commitment, we ask for your partnership in ensuring that everything brought onto our campus reflects the biblical values we teach each day.

As you prepare your child for the upcoming school year, please take a moment to check backpacks, lunch boxes, water bottles, notebooks, clothing, and other personal items. These items should be free of images, logos, characters, or messages that are inconsistent with our school’s Christian mission.

Items that are not permitted include, but are not limited to:

Anti-Christian or anti-biblical messages or imagery
Demonic, satanic, occult, or witchcraft-related symbols, characters, or themes
Items promoting horror, darkness, or spiritual practices contrary to Scripture ( No K-pop Demon Hunter’s)
Video games or entertainment that promote excessive violence, crime, or immoral behavior (such as Grand Theft Auto)
Music artists, groups, or entertainment that conflict with the biblical values and standards upheld by Valiant Christian Academy
Any images, language, or themes that are inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to our Statement of Faith

Our goal is not simply to enforce a dress code or backpack policy but to protect the Christ-centered atmosphere we work hard to cultivate. Scripture reminds us:

“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report… think on these things.” — Philippians 4:8 (KJV)

We understand that trends change frequently, and not every item is intentionally chosen to communicate a particular message. If an item is determined to be inconsistent with our school’s mission and values, we will ask that it be removed or replaced. We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we strive to honor Christ in every aspect of school life. If you have any questions about a theme, please contact us.

Orientation packets are now available. You can pick up a printed copy at the school office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. You may also access the packet through Jupiter or on our page.

If you are unable to pick up your packet during the summer, don't worry—you can receive a copy at Orientation Night.
