Completing the Educational Benefits Form (EBF) is one of the easiest and most impactful ways you can support our school. This short form directly impacts our funding for essential resources and student supports.

We are asking all families who have not yet done so to complete the quick online form at jcps.me/ebf. Submitting online is fast, secure, and ensures our school receives the resources our students deserve. If you need a paper copy, you can request one through our main office.
