Hi Friends and family! I am excited to share a new endeavor, along with my friends and colleagues Christy Lochary Brown and Haley Sladek Squires! We have created an organization to support people in learning the science behind relationships, and our upcoming course is for children ages 6-8 and their parents. Check it out at Tandem Learning!🙂🙏

The Patchwork School in Louisville, CO is currently seeking a part time Preschool Teacher and a flexible Substitute Teacher starting ASAP. Our school pays a living wage with part time teachers ranging from $18.50-$19.25 /hr. and sub pay ranging from $17-$17.50 /hr.

The Patchwork School is an innovative non-profit organization located in Louisville, Colorado, modeling and promoting children’s rights to an educational environment offering both meaningful curriculum as well as an integrated social emotional learning approach. We offer daytime programs for Early Childhood (ages 1–8), and after school programs for K-5.

We offer flexible scheduling for families and teachers, so the position could be either full or part-time, depending on needs and fit. We are also looking for substitute teachers. We believe that staff well-being is of utmost importance and offer vacation pay, consent-based decision-making, and sick time. Compensation: Hourly rates from $17-25/hour, paid as a monthly salary

Our ideal candidate would be passionate about working with children, knowledgeable about emergent curriculum development, and open to learning about our social emotional learning approach.
