We ask our members to please keep in your prayers the family of one of our beloved Indiana Members who we tragically lost this week. If you knew Cheyanna Closser (maiden name Patrick) you know what a standout jockey she was in both the Barrel Arena and on the track. She was a role model to many including myself. On more than one occasion I would walk away from a conversation with Cheyanna impressed with how awesome her presence was. Most importantly was her love of Christ. If you simply scroll through your feed you will see countless testimonies of her Godliness and overall positive impact on our community. To show our love and to honor Cheyanna we will be posting a Commemorative Logo to our Profile picture for the 2027 season. There is no doubt in our minds that she is in a better place that she believed in with all her heart and soul and we pray that our community will remember Cheyanna and use her as an example to strive for both in and out of the pen.
