I know it’s scary to invest. Especially when you’ve done it before.

This is why we’ve erased any reason to fear.

We start 11/11. You are running out of time to leap.

Let’s go, my friend. 🚀

🔮Marla’s good, REALLY good at what she does. Any client she’s had would tell you that.

But… It’s been a tough time lately. It seems like money is getting tighter for all of her clients all at once.

It feels like her content on Instagram is being seen by the same 12 people over and over again – and basically no one else.

How is she supposed to build a business when her audience just doesn’t grow and new people aren’t booking calls even when they do pop up?

Let’s go. 🎄

About once a month, I need to just stay home.

No office, no shoes. Cozy sweatshirt and leggings. Cozy blanket and tea.

Today, I:

• Responded to like a million emails.
• Answered questions about our upcoming Accelerator, from time zones to “is it for me?” to difference between payment plan and pay in full.
• Posted extremely good and valuable content on IG that won’t be seen by anyone. Ya know, fun stuff.
• Played on Threads for a bit, which has had more engagement in 1 day than a week on IG, lol.
• Wrote 2 emails, about to write 2 more.

It’s a rainy fall day here, my fave.

What did you check off your list today? How’s it going? You joining this Accelerator or what? 😛

Link in bio for the things. ⬆️

easier?

Like, you created a ton of content and talked to a bunch of people. Eventually, a few of them bought something.

But then, to get more of them to buy, you had to do all those same things again?

🫣 Most of the time we blame marketing when this happens.

We say “I suck at marketing” or “I’m not consistent” or “I just need more eyes on me.”

And I’m not saying marketing isn’t a factor - it is.

What I’m saying is that when you have a “soft” offer, it puts a lot more pressure on your marketing to do the heavy lifting.

And if marketing isn’t your strength? Well, you’re going to struggle.

Don’t get me wrong, a soft offer is still something to sell - it’s better than nothing.

But it isn’t doing you any favors. It doesn’t do any legwork on its own merits.

In the Success Design Accelerator, you’ll build an uncompetewithable offer and learn to market and sell it. All based on your unique energy.

We start 11/11.

Random Things I Want to Share:

* On Sunday, I got a message from a long lost family member (we all thought was deceased) and it was like connecting with a piece of my Gram again 😭

* I recently had a call with a potential client who has the literal coolest business I’ve ever seen in my entire life, like I’m still marveling about the things women can do, so proud of us, ya know?

* My daughter turns 6 tomorrow and I am grieving the end of “little kid life really hard

* I have never loved creating content more than I have for Success Design

* I have been really itching to start a YouTube Channel, but it feels super overwhelming to me with everything else going on

* I made ribs for the first time this week, random I know, but I’ve always been intimidated by them 🤷🏼‍♀️

* Someone from high school wanted to be in our free course, she applied, against my better judgement, I accepted her, she started the course, then unsubscribed within like 1 day and it made me feel 17 again, ya know?

* Speaking of h.s., my class facebook group has been planning our 25th high school reunion and it’s giving me some mid-life crisis vibes, like how did we get old so fast? It’s bittersweet

* I really wish social media felt like it used to. I miss all of that.

* I loved this pic of my husband and I. No one shares things anymore just for fun, so here I am.

It is rare when I just want to share things without some strategy attached to it, but today was the day, so hi!

What Success Design teaches us is that we all came to create something unique and of service. And that we were uniquely equipped to do it.

In The Accelerator, you will create what you came here to do…

• Create your own intellectual property.

• Create a “filter tool” to generate leads.

• Learn to market, sell, and fulfill your unique modality, process, or system.

In 6 months. All based on YOUR Success Design Formula.

Yes, really.

Check out that accelerator link in bio, friend. 🚀

We start 11/11. Because of course we do.

Women doing business is an inherently feminist pursuit, period.

The Women’s Business Ownership Act was not passed until 1988.

I don’t know how old you are, but that was in MY lifetime. I remember 1988.

My mission is to help women make money in business on their terms.

When women win, we all win.

Here’s to the women before, who made ways for us. We are their dream. Let us do more for the women to come. 💪🏼

Happy Halloween from Rosie the Riveter.
