✨💚We have something new and exciting coming soon! A new Dance Enrichment program offered by Ms. Janya! 💚✨

Ms. Janya Cook has danced since the age of 5 and started training competitively at the age of 10. She’s danced in all genres: jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, ballet, and modern.

She was an Internationally Famous Apache Belle and moved on to dance for the Texas Live Lonestars and directed a dance team for Dallas Skyline.

She has also backup danced for many artists around the DFW area and has taught for 13 years as a choreographer and instructor for studios such as, United Performing Arts, Ambition Dance Productions, DM Dance Centre, and Motiv8ion Dance Studio, to name a few.

In recent years, she has also brought dance instruction to preschools and daycares within the DFW area.

We are super excited to welcome her to our Little Hands Academy staff and can’t wait to see the children grow and learn through our dance enrichment program!

💚 Its Teacher Appreciation Week – May 4th–8th 💚

Just a friendly reminder that this week is Teacher Appreciation Week, and it’s such a special opportunity to show our teachers how truly grateful we are for everything they do.

Every single day—on the easy days and the hard ones—our teachers show up with patience, love and care for our children. They comfort them, teach them, guide them, and pour so much of themselves into helping them grow.

What they do is not always easy, and it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed.

If you’ve been thinking about doing something small—a note, a treat, a kind word—this is the perfect week to do it. Even the simplest gesture can mean so much.

Thank you for helping us celebrate the incredible teachers who love and care for your children each and every day. 💕
