Tomorrow (thursday) we are going to start tournament sparring! Please bring gear (if you have any, if not we have plenty!) But do bring a mouth guard! We will be doing this from 8-9 after class! If you don't come to class then you cannot participate!

I am proud to announce the second annual Fandom Fest Self Defense Seminar!

AUGUST 7TH at 6 P.M. (Room TBA) till we're done (or they give us a time to get out of the room)

Info:
Come learn basic self defense techniques that will make you safer around the louisville area. We will have a short talk about self awareness and an interactive section where we show basic maneuvers to escaping conflicts.

This event is a fun, exciting way to become introduced to martial arts and see what the club is about! If you're interested in the club, you can some see us in the room that is to be announced, talk about your interest and/or pick up a flyer!
