Hey CML students and Cardinals alike! You did it! Another semester in the books! Last thing to do is finish those papers and complete your final exams.
Check this out to stress less and ace those finals:
1) Identify and target weak spots in your knowledge from the semester.
2) Create a distraction free study zone or go to Ekstrom to work that grey matter.
3) Don't be afraid to ask for help! Your fellow students are a good resource as well as your professors and TAs.
4) It doesn't have to be 100% perfect. You've got this!
5) Tailor your approach to your brain style of learning and reach out to centers on campus to help with that.
6) Be sure you know when and where your exams and papers are being held/due so you can build the best study schedule/writing schedule.
7) Make that outline and study guide to target all areas being graded!
Good luck! You've got this!

“How Settlers Get Away with Murder: The Killing of Indigenous Women and Two-Spirit People in the Americas.”
This lecture offers a forensic historical analysis of systemic violence targeting Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people. Moving beyond isolated cases, Dr. Black examines how jurisdictional structures, legal archives, and state power operate within a settler-colonial framework to enable and obscure ongoing violence.

Time: 6:00 PM

This event is sponsored by the University of Louisville History Department, Pan African Studies Dept, and the Anne Braden Institute for Social Justice Research.
