Lambda Kappa Sigma (LKS) is the professional organization of choice for women in pharmacy. Since 1913, LKS has grown to more than 25,000 members, with 45 campus and 36 alumni chapters chartered. The Alpha Omega Chapter at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy provides a platform to foster leadership, sisterhood, service and scholarship among LKS members. LKS provides a variety of educational programs with an emphasis placed on Women's Health Issues.

We had our cord dinner last night Garage Bar and of course had to stop and get ice cream afterwards at Graeter's Ice Cream. It was so good to catch up with the P3’s that are DONE 🎉🎉🎉 with their rotations and about to graduate! Us P2’s about to embark on our APPE rotations wish you all well and thank you for all the advice, tips, and tricks given last night! 🩵🐑

LKS at Sullivan University hosted a (post) Easter egg hunt today! 100 eggs with candy, tattoos, stickers, and three gift cards were hidden and lots of fun was had. Shout out to the Easter bunny for showing up and making it the real deal! 💛🐰💙

Happy Hygeia Day to all of our lovely LKS friends & family! 💙💛🐑
To celebrate Hygeia Day, we had a guest speaker discuss Infertility with us. Infertility can sometimes be a touchy subject and Elise did a wonderful job explaining the ins and outs & treatments that can be used. Elise is a Medical Science Liaison, with a pharmD from the University of Washington, who has worked in reproductive research and immunology. She also has a podcast that raises awareness of fertility research! Her podcast is linked below:

It's that time of the year again when Sullivan goes head-to-head with University of Kentucky in the Battle of the Bluegrass Virtual 5K. This is our 3rd annual 5K and it is a fun, laid back way to enjoy this beautiful weather... and win a gift card!
This is a fundraiser and 100% of all proceeds go to LKS' philanthropy Project HOPE.
