Charlie 💜

Charlie first found HYL thanks to a recommendation from one of his piano student’s parents. We are so glad he did!

A piano teacher and church musician, Charlie has been practicing yoga for about 20 years❗️

Charlie has taken more than **3700 classes** the most of any member according to our mindbody records! Dedication!

When it comes to his favorite pose, the “master poses” of Hot 26, Camel and Triangle, are at the top of his list 🧘‍♂️

Charlie highly recommends hot yoga to anyone, especially those who like to sweat. In fact, he laughed and admitted that he gets disappointed when he doesn’t sweat as much during class! 🥹
