I’ll never forget as long as I live….
I had a 4 year old little boy in my class who had an obsession with numbers!
He could count 0-100, count by thousands, skip count by 10’s, reference millions and billions etc.
Well one day I was writing the numbers 1-10 on the white board for number recognition and when I got to number 4, he yelled out “one thousand two hundred thirty four”!
He looked at the numbers 1 2 3 4 and he came up with that statement!
On another day I was writing our sight words on the dry erase board I hit to the word “look” and he yelled out “one hundred K”!
Makes me chuckle every time I think about it!
