This past week our incoming 5th graders stepped into Leadership Week with enthusiasm, teamwork, and a heart for service and leadership, .

Throughout the week, our 5th grade students explored what it means to be a leader. They actively participated in leadership modules and discussions, participated in team-building challenges, strengthened their social-emotional skills, and even applied for school leadership roles.

Not only did they grow as leaders, but they also played an important role in preparing our school for a successful year. They organized incoming supplies, created bulletin boards, brainstormed exciting ideas with the administration team, and worked together to get our building ready to welcome students back.

We are so proud of these future leaders for their hard work, creativity, and dedication. The future is bright at Cochran, and we can't wait to see all they accomplish this school year!
