The Kentucky School of Phlebotomy is excited to offer a paid Student Apprenticeship for our graduates! This short-term position is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience, sharpen your skills, and support our local team in the daily operations of the school.

📍 Location: Kentucky School of Phlebotomy – 1425 Bluegrass Ave, Louisville, KY 40215
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 20–25 hours per week
💵 Pay: $15.00/hour
📅 Duration: 8 weeks (with the possibility of extension)
🙌 In-person only | Alumni graduates only

✨ Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with class kits, lab supplies, and inventory
- Supporting classroom and lab operations
- Administering exams and printing certificates
- Answering phones, emails, and student inquiries
- Helping maintain a clean and welcoming campus
- Training the next apprentice at the end of your term

✨ Graduate of Kentucky School of Phlebotomy, in good standing

Requirements: Certified Phlebotomy Technician, must have a personal vehicle.
Requirements:
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification
Experience in blood draws and specimen collection is preferred
Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Willingness to travel across Louisville, KY
Eligible to work as an independent contractor (W9)
Pay Structure:
2.5 to 5.5 hours: $80 base pay + $0.57 per mile
5.5 to 7.5 hours: $115 base pay + $0.57 per mile
7.5 to 9.5 hours: $144 base pay + $0.57 per mile
