We’re thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in the evolution of LDA — we’re evolving. With a brand-new team of passionate educators and administrators, and also a brand new name, the name Louisville Drumline Academy has been changed to Louisville Drum Academy, we’re setting the stage for a bold future in music education.

💥 What’s New:
• A refreshed mission and curriculum designed to elevate every student’s potential
• A powerful new leadership team made up of seasoned professionals — including fresh faces from out of town who bring energy, experience, and a nationwide perspective
• State-of-the-art updates to our facilities, programs, and community outreach

This “out-of-town takeover” is all about leveling up. We’re blending Louisville’s local legacy with national expertise to create something truly unique.

Louisville Drumline Academy would like to give condolences to Aaron Spears family and his wife Jessica. We lost a legend in the drumming community today and it’s a hard lost, very unexpected, Aaron was an inspiration to all of us in the drumming community.
Rest easy brother and thank you for the love and compassion for music and drumming .
