TARC, the Portland Museum, and Jefferson County Public Schools recently unveiled the 2026 Design-a-Bus contest winners and revealed the new bus design inspired by this year’s theme, “Portals of Transition.”

The contest invited students to create artwork reflecting a personal experience involving growth, change, or trying something new. Ten student submissions were selected to be featured on a custom TARC bus wrap that will travel throughout the community.

We are proud to share that one of our students was chosen as a contest winner and will have their artwork displayed on the bus as part of this special community showcase.

Our Lions fought hard tonight and all season long. While the semifinal game didn’t end the way we hoped, this team showed heart, determination, and incredible growth from start to finish.

Our returning players stepped up and grew so much this season, and our new players became an important part of the team right away. Every practice, every game, and every challenge helped build something special.

A huge thank you to Coach Jewell for all of her support, dedication, and encouragement throughout the season.

Principal’s Challenge Fun! 🦄🐾

The students in Ms. Ellis’ class and Ms. Corbin’s class earned 500 PAWS!

To celebrate, they took on a fun challenge with Ms. Sells as they played an exciting game together. The best part? Students got to see Ms. Sells dressed up as a unicorn! 🦄 🌈✨

Field Day was such a fun and amazing day! Everything was so well organized, and the students had a blast. A special thank you to Ms. Mason for all of her hard work and dedication in organizing such an outstanding event.
