It was a busy night for Fairdale High School students!

The Black Student Union spent the money they raised to shop for kids through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program and the Boys and Girls Basketball teams also participated in shopping for those in need this holiday season.

On top of that our music students hosted their annual winter concert!

Yesterday’s Mindfulness Fair was an incredible experience for our students! They had the chance to explore different mindfulness practices, engage in calming activities, and learn strategies to support their emotional well-being. It was inspiring to see so many students participating, asking questions, and truly taking time to care for themselves. 💙🌱

Congratulations to the Boys Soccer Team on their District Championship win last night against PRP. The Dawgs beat the Panthers 7-1.

This Thursday, October 2nd, please join us as we recognize our Senior players and host our last regular season games. JV begins at 5:30, Senior Recognition, and then the Varsity will play following.

We are headed to France, Switzerland, and Germany in summer of 2027! An informational meeting will be held tomorrow, September 23rd at 6:30pm!

*Senior Week Schedule Update*

Due to the weather forecast, we are moving the Senior Sunset to during the school day tomorrow, Tuesday 5/20. Seniors will watch a movie together in the large gym from 9:30 to 12:30. Bring a blanket to relax and watch a movie.

We have also rescheduled Kart Kountry to Friday after the breakfast and walk. Students who RSVPed for Kart Kountry will leave after the walk.
Wednesday and Thursday stay as originally planned.

Happening tonight!!

41 Fairdale High School students welcomed home WWII, Korea, and Vietnam veterans from the 2025 Honor Flight at Muhammad Ali Airport last night. It was incredible to see these teenagers show their appreciation for the sacrifices made by the previous generations and get the opportunity to welcome them home in person. What a special night. Thank you Mr. Gardner for taking the lead on this experience for our students.
