Ford cuts prices on electric Mustang Mach-E, following Tesla's lead Ford said Monday it will lower the price of the Mach-E, which is comparable to Tesla's Model Y, by an average of about $4,500, depending on the model.

This is disappointing but…I think most people familiar with the industry knew that a $40K F150 Lightning wouldn’t be a real thing - at least not for long.
From the unfortunate crazy dealer markups to the reality that exotic metals are expensive, this was to be expected.
If you want an electric pickup, it’s probably still reasonable. It’s not like nicely appointed gasoline pickups are cheap anymore!
