You are invited to an informational meeting regarding a zoning change for the property located at 7201 Watson Lane. This property is the old Watson Lane Elementary School site. The meeting will take place at the Sun Valley Community Center, located at 6505 Bethany Lane, Louisville KY 40272, on April 10, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. This meeting is open to the public, and you may invite any additional persons that you feel may be interested in this zoning change. The purpose of this meeting is to provide more information to you regarding the property and the potential uses of the site – as well as what zoning districts would be required for these uses – and to gather feedback from the public. There will be a follow-up meeting regarding this case to be held at a later date to be determined, once a zoning district has been selected. Your feedback is important. Please make every effort to attend this informational meeting. This online tutoring service offers access to live tutors, 2–11 p.m., 7 days a week. Students can chat or text with tutors in real-time, get help with math problems, have papers reviewed using the Writing Lab feature, discuss practice test results, and more. HelpNow even offers live FAFSA help and online practice tests.

Brainfuse employs more than 3,000 tutors—most are retired teachers or grad students and all have a minimum of a 4-year degree (97% have advanced degrees).
