I believe life’s pretty simple...

You’re either prepared... or you’re not.

Too many people spend their lives outsourcing responsibility. Outsourcing protection. Outsourcing discipline. Outsourcing the hard decisions. Hoping someone else will step in and do what they were unwilling to do themselves.

Here’s the reality...

Whatever you’re unwilling to handle... someone else will have to carry for you.

As a man, one of your greatest strengths is being self-reliant... and being someone others can rely on. Before you can ever be depended on... you have to become dependable.

You have to have a plan.
You have to think through the consequences.
You have to know where your lines are.
Most importantly... you have to know what you’re willing to die for.

You have to face reality for what it is... not what you wish it was.

A lot of people avoid preparation because preparation forces responsibility. The moment you truly face reality... excuses disappear.

That’s why one of the most important questions a man can ask himself is simple...

Are you an asset... or are you a liability?

It's more than just martial arts.

A fellow now sober Jiu Jitsu instructor inspired me to share. Thats his story to share not mine so he will remain anonymous but PROUD OF YOU DUDE!. Whether your addiction is alcohol (like mine), m**h, or food; we are proud to be a tightknit and supportive group that can help you grow to learn to handle whatever your demons may be.

Sometimes one day at a time, sometimes one hour at a time, and if it gets tough do it one minute at a time. Truthfully, I've had moments I just had to take one breath at a time. But you can grow beyond your current situation if you choose to..

How do I get good fast!?..... The most common question of newer students. In the Marine Corps we had a saying "Embrace The Suck"... Well we won't get into all that, but my point is you're gonna learn patience in here whether you like it or not so slow yo spastic a*z down so you don't accidentally hurt someone especially me cause that'll p**s me off. 😊

I just watched a reel of Mackenzie Dern rolling, sweating, smiling, training with her dad. It made me smile and reminded me how blessed I am and how awesome my life is! Thank you to all of our amazing clients that help make the dream work!

Hello Hello Hello!!! 🤗. Coach Adam Noll here! I have been stuck in a semi on the road with Traden Noll hustling for Noll Horse Company for WEEKS with nothing to do but watch the road go by and absorb the political genius that is Facebook commentary. I jumped out as Traden passed by heading for Texas and escapayd!! Bronc Noll picked me alongside I-35 and I have an overwhelming NEED TO CHOKE MY FRIENDS! I am selfishly turning tonights adult class into come kick Coach Nolls butt night! Open to all local practioners that may or may not have had a desire to choke me a little lately!
