🧪 Sink or Float Science Fun! 🌊

Today, the children had fun exploring sink or float! They made predictions about whether different objects would sink to the bottom or float on top of the water, then tested their ideas to see what happened.

This hands-on activity encouraged the children to make predictions, observe, ask questions, and explore cause and effect while learning about basic science concepts. They also practiced taking turns and sharing their ideas with their friends.

It was so much fun watching their excitement when their predictions were right—and even more fun when they were surprised by the results! 💦🔬😊

Our teachers had a busy and productive Teacher In-Service on Thursday and Friday!

On Thursday morning, our staff participated in Circle Time Training through Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities. They learned new strategies and ideas to make circle time more engaging, interactive, and fun for the children.

The remainder of Thursday afternoon was spent reorganizing and rearranging classrooms to create fresh and inviting learning environments. On Friday, teachers worked hard to update learning centers with new toys and materials, while putting the finishing touches on their classrooms in preparation for an exciting new school year.

We are so proud of the dedication our teachers show in creating fun, enriching, and welcoming spaces for all of our children!

Today was all about getting messy, being creative, and having fun! Our little artists enjoyed painting together, exploring different colors, textures, and ways to create their own masterpieces. 💙💚❤️

There’s nothing better than watching their imaginations come to life! We love giving our children opportunities to explore, create, and learn through art. 🥰🎨
