This is such an important part of school. I cannot stress enough how important learning client communication is. From learning how to introduce yourself, how to speak professionally, how to retail, and how to say goodbye.

These aren’t part of the usual esthetics curriculum. Though we aren’t a regular esthetics school. At The Spa Academy USA we like to go above and beyond in teaching our students and preparing them for not only the treatment room but for real life experiences as well.
